TWO INGREDIENT PIZZA
DOUGH
Dairy & Egg Free
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Plain Greek Yoghurt
(you can use a dairy free yoghurt instead)
6 tbsp Self Raising Flour
Method:
- In a bowl mix together the yoghurt and the flour to
form a dough (add more flour if needed)
- Roll out onto a floured surface into a pizza shape
- You can stuff the edges with blocks of cheese for a
stuffed crust or leave plain
- Add your tomato sauce (tomato purée, mixed herbs,
garlic powder, pepper and a splash of water)
- Add your toppings
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins or until cooked
through
- You can also stuff the dough with cheese and garlic
butter for cheesy garlic dough balls
