Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use either Royal Mail or Hermes UK for all of our shipment.

Please let us know if there's a specific shipping company that you prefer and we will try our best to accommodate. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer £2.99 flat rate for standard shipping (2-3 days) and £4.99 for first class shipping (1-2 days) 

Local Pick Up/ Delivery

We do not offer local pick up or delivery.

International Shipping Rates 

We do not offer international shipping at the moment but please check back once we start shipping internationally. You can also message us for any specific request.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
