SLOW COOKER IRISH STEW
Dairy & Egg Free
Ingredients:
250g Lean Mince Steak
2 Onions Largely Chopped
3 Carrots Chopped (chunks)
1 Low Salt Beef Stock Cube
5 tbsp Low Salt Gravy Granules
6 Potatoes Peeled and Chopped
Method:
- Chop your carrot, onion and potatoes and add to the slow cooker
- Sprinkle over the stock cube and fill with water until
just covering everything
- Cook on low for 4 hours and then on high for 2 hours
- Once the potatoes and veg are soft (potatoes should
be crumbling) add the gravy granules and stir through
until thickened
- Serve with a crusty white loaf and butter
