PEANUT BUTTER &
BANANA FLAPJACKS
Dairy & Egg Free
Ingredients:
1 Ripe Banana Mashed
150g Porridge Oats
1 tbsp 100% Peanut Butter
1tsp Chia Seeds
50ml Milk (or alternative)
Method:
- In a microwaveable container mash half the banana
before adding the oats, chia seeds and milk
- Mix together before added the peanut butter
- Once combined press the mixture down with the back of a spoon
- Add some sliced banana on top and microwave for
2-3 minutes
- They are ready when the sides peel away easily from
the container
- Leave to cool completely before slicing
Freezable for 3 months
