MAC AND CHEESE BITES
Egg Free
Ingredients:
Handful of Pasta
2 tsp Cornflour
150ml Milk
50g Cheese Grated
Handful of Frozen Broccoli
Handful of Peas
Method:
- Put your pasta and broccoli on to boil, halfway through add the peas
- In a separate pan add the milk, grated cheese and heat until combined
- In a cup add the cornflour to a dribble of cold water (you want to make a smooth liquid so keep stirring)
- Add the cornflour mixture to the cheese and milk and heat on medium until thickened
- Once the broccoli has cooked chop into pieces and add the pasta, broccoli and peas to the cheese sauce
- Spoon into a greased muffin tin and top with a little
more grated cheese
- Bake at 180 for 15 mins
- Leave to cool slightly before removing from the tray and serve
