CARROT CAKE
BLISS BALLS
Ingredients:
80g Oats
4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Carrot Finely Grated
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Drizzle of Honey (over 1’s)
A Few Raisins (optional)
Ground Almonds
Method:
- In a bowl grate the carrot very finely, add in the raisins,
honey, yogurt, nutmeg, cinnamon and oats and mix well
- Roll into balls (or fingers for smaller babies) - you can
add more oats if the mixture is too loose
- Roll the balls in the ground almonds and serve
Refrigerate for 2 days
